Stay 3/4 nights Sunday-Thursday in a King/Twin or Double room B&B.
3 nights - £85.00 per person
4 nights - £110.00 per person

rate includes a Full English Breakfast selection,
served between 8.30 - 9.00 a.m.
Check out time on day of departure is
10.00am
Please note we are able to accept payment
by cash,
cheques (supported by a cheque guarantee card)
and most personal UK issued debit cards and credit cards, excluding
American Express.
(UK issued credit card payments are subject to a surcharge of
£2.00,
to cover the
additional costs of processing this type of transaction).
Regretfully we cannot accept guests pets or children .
When booking your stay with us you are entering into a legally binding contract and it is recommended that you take out holiday insurance cover. Please refer to our cancellation policy below.
We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Please
take care of our accommodation and note that we are totally non smoking. If a guest does smoke
within the house this affects our ability to use the room for the next
guest and so it will be necessary for us to charge a fee of £50.00 for cleaning the
room/s affected and for any bookings that are disrupted. The same
applies to any breakages etc which are caused to the accommodation or
its contents by a guest during their stay. Please remember you will be
responsible and liable for all breakages, damages or losses. Please
report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor
breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if
the damage or breakage is significant and/or it affects our ability to
use the room for the next guest's stay.
Please note we ask our guests not to bring takeaway
meals
into the house and bedrooms.
Breakfast time is prearranged and an allowance cannot be made for any meals that are not taken.
We regret we are unable to accommodate any person/s with a serious and/or life threatening nut or other food allergy, as we cannot guarantee the provenance of every item of food in our kitchen.
Accounts must be paid before departure and we would ask that rooms are vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person during their stay with us, cause any detriment to the well being of our other guests.
For
the security and comfort of all our guests, we are not open to
non-residents at any time.

Cancellation Policy
To
confirm any accepted booking, we would require a deposit equivalent to
the value of the first nights stay.
All deposits are non-refundable
and you may be liable for the total cost of your stay if you cancel
less than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date. As mentioned
previously, we strongly advise guests to take Holiday Insurance to
cover any losses.
