Gardens
We have a lovely Garden at Far Nook, which changes with the seasons. All our guests are welcome to relax and enjoy our Garden during their stay. There is a 300-year-old patriarchal Spanish Chestnut tree and many mature shrubs. Guests can sit by the pond or enjoy tea on arrival in the Garden (Weather permitting).
Springtime has a glorious show of Rhododendrons and Azaleas and a wonderful Magnolia. We then move on into summer with the Hydrangeas, Crocosmia, Crane's Bill and Hostas all in their glory!
Even in late Autumn we have such shrubs as Monkshood in flower, so whatever season you visit there is always something to admire!
We have a variety of seating. So you can sit on a bench or lay on a sun lounger to relax and plan your days walking, read a book or just look at the flowers!
